Last week, Wasatch Container hosted the Packaging Alliance Network (PAN) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The PAN is a collaborative group of independent packaging manufacturers dedicated to meeting customer needs across the U.S. and parts of Canada. As proud members of this network, we’re committed to expanding our capabilities and supporting customers nationwide.

Industry Discussions and Innovation at Wasatch Container

The PAN visit was more than a gathering of peers—it was an opportunity to dive into the latest trends shaping the corrugated packaging industry. At Wasatch Container, we prioritize innovation and efficiency, always aiming to stay ahead of the curve. During their time here, PAN members engaged in meaningful discussions about industry shifts, sustainability initiatives, and new technologies. We also explored how these developments can enhance our services to meet evolving packaging needs. A tour of our facility highlighted the processes that drive our ability to deliver high-quality, innovative packaging.

Exploring Utah’s Scenic Beauty and Oktoberfest Fun

It wasn’t all work! Utah’s vibrant fall season set the stage for adventure. We started the visit with a side-by-side ride through the Wasatch Mountains, taking in the stunning autumn colors. It was the perfect mix of team-building and relaxation in the great outdoors.

The next day, while the PAN team delved into deeper industry discussions, the spouses enjoyed a laid-back afternoon at Snowbird Ski Resort’s Oktoberfest, soaking in the festive atmosphere, delicious food, and local brews.

Building a Collaborative Future

At Wasatch Container, we understand the strength that comes from collaboration. Our membership in the Packaging Alliance Network allows us to enhance our reach and provide comprehensive support for customers nationwide. By partnering with other independent manufacturers in the PAN, we can deliver customized services and exceed expectations.

This visit was a blend of productive conversations and memorable adventures. We’re grateful for the time spent with this incredible team, and together, we’re ready to push the corrugated packaging industry forward.

We’re excited to continue our journey with the Packaging Alliance Network and look forward to many more years of innovation and growth. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to expand and evolve!
