When COVID-19 hit, some gear and face shields companies furloughed employees or shuttered completely. But at DPS Skis, designers viewed the pandemic as a way to pivot their business and do something impactful for healthcare workers. In collaboration with Eastman, Goal Zero, Petzl, and Wasatch Container, they’ve shipped over 90,000 face shields to medical professionals working on the front lines. Check out link to the video.
